This is the thread that runs through everything I teach.
To be here, in a body. To have access to our instincts and intelligence, our pleasure and creativity, our capacity to love and relate and make things and change our minds. To be able to meet the beauty of life without armouring against it, and the suffering in life without being destroyed by it.
I am interested in women becoming more themselves.
Not better behaved. Not chasing healing. Not perfectly regulated or spiritually evolved.

My work
Right now, there are a few ways to work with me.
Elemental Vehicle is a series of live immersions exploring embodiment and Eros, union, and nature magic. These run throughout the year. Embodiment + Eros is running now, with Coming into Union and Nature Witch to come in 2027.
Shamanic Womancraft 1:1 Session is a deep, two-hour process where we explore a single intention through the lens of Shamanic Womancraft, tracing the threads of your ancestry, life story and rites of passage to uncover the patterns, wisdom and meaning already within them. Together, we create a map for the threshold you’re standing at and a way forward that is uniquely, inherently yours.
Wayfinding is my three-month 1:1 pathway, where we explore body, mind and spirit through the tools and traditions I’ve spent decades studying and practicing - in particular Yogic and Taoist energetics and philosophy, transformational work, and Shamanic Womancraft processes. The longer container allows us to work with greater depth and breadth, following what emerges over time and bringing in practices that support embodiment and integration, so the work isn’t simply understood, but lived.
Rest Club is where I share practices - Yin, meditation, embodiment and the important work of returning to ourselves, learning to feel, learning to listen, and making space for what is already there.
Shaping the Vessel is my six-month business mentorship for women bringing their own work into the world - business, creativity, visibility, money, and the very practical (and sometimes deeply personal) work of making an idea real. Applications are open now for March 2027.

Birth Magic is my course on birth as an embodied threshold - preparing for birth through physiology, embodiment, self-trust and the deeper initiation of becoming a mother.
They may look like quite different subjects. To me, they’re not. They’re all asking some variation of the same question: Can you stay with yourself here, through all that will be asked of you, and not lose yourself? I am interested in where things intersect, in where we bridge worlds and weave something new, as only women can. If this resonates, I’d love to work with you.
I’m Tahnee.
I’m a teacher, mostly. I’ve been one for a long time.
I’ve studied a lot, taught a lot, practiced a lot, had three children, built businesses, changed my mind repeatedly, and accumulated an eclectic education across bodies, spirituality, nature, birth and the strange business of being a human.
I am less interested these days in giving women another system for how to live. There are plenty of those.
I’m interested in creating places where we can encounter ourselves more directly so we become a little harder to manipulate. A little less frightened of our own knowing. More capable of being with uncertainty. More available to pleasure. More able to meet each other. More willing to make things. More connected to the living world. More ourselves, perhaps. And hopefully more alive.
