A three-month private journey for women at the threshold.
Wayfinding is for when you can feel something shifting or a new version of you emerging, and you’re discerning what comes with you, what gets left behind, and what is actually yours.
I’ve spent my life learning to see in the dark - the labyrinthine path, long attracted to the edges of things, trying to make sense of the strange, the magical, the dark, the complex. I am drawn to work with women who can sense, sometimes quite clearly, the woman they are becoming, but they haven't quite worked out how to live as her yet. I have a lot of tools in my belt - I draw from Yogic + Taoist practice and philosophy, Shamanic Womancraft, somatic work, meditation, ritual, inquiry, women's work, and the various traditions and teachers that have informed my work over the years. Not because I intend to throw all of that at you lol, but because these are some of the maps I carry. I also walk my talk, devoting my adult life to these explorations. I know how to navigate and how to trust myself at thresholds.
This pathway is 6 sessions 1:1 with me, working over 3 months. Each session is from 90 mins to 2 hrs long, and will be personally designed to the individual.

About me
I'm Tahnee.
I've spent about 20 years studying bodies, healing, and spiritual practice - beginning with Yoga when I was 15. I’ve been leading transformative programs for groups and working 1:1 since 2013.
My background meanders through studies in Vinyasa, Hatha, Tantra, and Yin Yoga, Taoist energetics, meditation, bodywork, herbalism, somatics, the female nervous system, birth and women's rites of passage, Shamanic Womancraft, anatomy, alongside 14 years of teaching and my own experience of s3x, relationships, motherhood (I have 3 kids, all born at home), business (I’ve started two and run a handful of them) and being a person who is alive, thus continuing to get things both very right and very wrong sometimes. ;)
I've learned an enormous amount from traditions and teachers. I'm also increasingly interested in where the maps we've inherited don't quite fit women's lived experience. Especially spiritual maps.
I am a Shamanic Womancraft Practitioner and increasingly interested in providing women with alternative maps to those we inherit from the overculture.
I love seeing woman make sense of their lived experiences, self-initiate, become whole to themselves, and learn to do what women do best - weave between worlds.

where are the sessions held?

All sessions are 1:1 via Zoom (recorded if desired by the participant). You will also get access to pre-recorded materials (audio and video) to support our work together. I will occasionally ‘prescribe’ practices if I feel they will serve our work together; these will be provided to each individual on a case-by-case basis.

do i need to be spiritual?

Only in the sense of being open to your own inner wisdom. This work is about you cultivating your own relationship with life, which to me is inherently spiritual, but your individual experience of what spiritual means might look different to mine. I think that’s OK. :) Shamanic Womancraft work is a way of seeing; taking the higher perspective, looking for patterns, for how we are shaped and moulded by our lives, our experiences, our rites of passage, our Red Thread. You do not need to believe in anything to benefit from this work.
Is there anyone this work is contraindicated for?

While I believe this work is potent and deeply healing, I do not work with anyone who is actively undergoing psychiatric care or who is undergoing intensive medical care. I also tend to recommend younger women not do this work (under the age of 25). If you are unsure if this work would be suitable for you, please reach out to me to discuss.
