About me
I'm Tahnee.
I'm a women's wellness and embodiment teacher, a Yin Yoga teacher, and a Taoist energetics practitioner. I'm also, a little unexpectedly, a businesswoman through and through.
I've been running businesses since 2011 (and other people's since I was 17). In 2013 I opened Yoga for All, an accessible yoga studio for all bodies and budgets, which ran for about a decade.
I'm also the co-owner and former CEO of SuperFeast, the tonic herb business my husband and I built together. I helped grow it from around $300,000 to over $6 million in annual revenue.
Then I stepped back to be present with my three kids. These days I work a couple of days a week, on my own hours, and run a launch-based business that has made multiple six figures since 2024.
I've done the big, scaling, stressful version of business. And I've done the small, spacious, soulful version. Shaping the Vessel is everything I've learned about building the second kind, without giving up the results of the first.

who is this mentorship for?

what is the time commitment?

We meet weekly for six months. Each week there's about two hours of live calls, 1 to 3 hours of pre-recorded content, plus your own implementation time. It's designed to fit into a couple of focused days a week, around kids and real life.
what if i'm just starting out?

You don't need a polished business, but you do need an existing practice. Brand new to your modality? This probably isn't the right time yet.

Yes. If you're genuinely not happy, you can get a full refund within 7 days of starting.

No. All calls are recorded and you have lifetime access to the materials. That said, the magic is in the room, so come live when you can.
Yes. You don't need a big following or a big list. Building visibility and magnetising the right women is part of the work, and a small, warm audience is often all a founding round needs.
This isn't a course you do alone. We meet weekly, you bring your real business, and you build and launch alongside other women. The structure and accountability are the point.
A $500 deposit secures your spot, then you can pay in full, in two halves, or $500 a month. And the whole point is to launch and sell your own offer during our six months together.
